These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, including purchasing and redeeming gift vouchers, browsing our website, and participating as a partner. By accessing, browsing, purchasing, or redeeming a gift voucher, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance. Please review these Terms regularly. These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights under Irish law.

We strive for accuracy across all listings, descriptions and images. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to amend or cancel orders if necessary. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Redeeming a Gift Voucher
Vouchers must be redeemed exclusively via www.hotelandsparesorts.com. They cannot be redeemed directly with hotels, through third-party booking sites or presented at check-in.
Hotel Stays: Enter your voucher code at checkout. If the booking exceeds your voucher value, you may pay the balance by card. If it is less, the remaining balance will stay on your voucher until expiry.
Packages: Submit a booking request via the enquiry form on the package listing. These are requests only and subject to availability. The destination will confirm availability directly with you, and the booking will be subject to the provider’s own terms and cancellation policies.
Redemption is subject to venue availability and continued participation on our platform. Venues may change or be removed without notice. Vouchers are issued in EUR (€); for bookings in another currency, the conversion rate on the day of booking will apply.
4. Cancellations & Amendments
Voucher Purchases: Once purchased, vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.
Hotel Stays: All bookings made via www.hotelandsparesorts.com are subject to a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice period prior to check-in. Cancellations or amendment requests submitted within 24 hours of check-in will be treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable in full, regardless of the reason.
All cancellation and amendment requests must be submitted via the My Account section of our website or by emailing bookings@hotelandsparesorts.com and are subject to review and approval.
While individual hotels or suppliers may operate their own cancellation policies, Hotel & Spa Gift Card's cancellation terms take precedence in all cases, as bookings are processed via our platform and supplier systems. We will make reasonable efforts to liaise with the supplier on your behalf; however, we cannot guarantee that exceptions or changes will be permitted.
Where a cancellation request is approved within the applicable cancellation window, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking (gift voucher or card). Gift vouchers will retain their original expiry date of five years from the date of purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed.
In cases where the supplier charges us in full for a booking (including no-shows or late cancellations), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Packages: Cancellation and amendment terms are determined by the destination or package provider. Hotel & Spa Gift Card cannot guarantee refunds or changes once a package booking request has been confirmed by the provider.
Our Role: Hotel & Spa Gift Card is not the principal in any booking. We act solely as an agent in arranging services on behalf of the provider. All contractual obligations, cancellations, and refunds are the responsibility of the provider.
5. Delivery
Digital Vouchers: Delivered by email instantly or on your chosen future date, free of charge.
Postal Vouchers: Include our gold-embossed gift card inside a luxury envelope. Delivery is via An Post and typically takes 3–5 business days within Ireland; international delivery times vary. Delivery fees are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for postal delays caused by third parties.
6. Lost Vouchers
If you lose your voucher, email hello@hotelandsparesorts.com with as many details as possible (voucher code, purchaser’s name, date of purchase, recipient’s name, voucher value). Where sufficient information is provided to locate the order, we will cancel the original and issue a replacement of the same value with the original expiry date. Proof of purchase may be required. Digital replacements are free; physical vouchers incur the standard delivery fee.
7. Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Klarna. By providing payment details, you authorise us to process the transaction. We may cancel any transaction that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
8. Participating Venues
Vouchers are valid only at venues listed on our platform at the time of booking. Participating venues may be added or removed at any time without prior notice, and availability or pricing cannot be guaranteed. Where a property wishes to be removed from our platform, this must be arranged directly with their wholesale partner, as listings are managed through them. Any request made directly to Hotel & Spa Resorts will be treated as indicative only and must be confirmed in writing with a minimum of 60 days’ notice.
9. Our Role, Third-Party Services & Liability
Hotel & Spa Gift Card acts solely as an agent in arranging bookings and promoting services offered by third-party hotels and resorts. When you redeem a voucher or make a booking, you enter a direct contract with the accommodation provider (or our wholesale partner acting for them). We collect payment on behalf of the provider, retaining our agreed commission and remitting the balance. Accommodation and services are delivered solely by the provider, and all obligations relating to your stay rest with them. Bookings and stays are subject to the provider’s own terms, conditions and cancellation policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: We accept no liability for the quality, availability, or performance of third-party services, or for any loss, theft, injury, illness, accident, or damage occurring during or as a result of your stay. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence of venues, suppliers, or service providers. All bookings and experiences are undertaken at your own risk. This exclusion applies to all direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or savings) whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter which cannot legally be excluded.

Stay-related issues: Any complaint relating to a stay, service or experience must be raised directly with the property or provider, as your contract is with them. Hotel & Spa Gift Card, acting as an agent, cannot accept responsibility for the service provided.
11. Corporate & Bulk Orders
We offer corporate gifting solutions with optional branding, volume discounts, and bonus vouchers. Enquire via our Corporate Gifting page or email hello@hotelandsparesorts.com. Orders over €5,000 may require direct support and can be paid via card or bank transfer.
12. Partner & Advertiser Terms
Engagements with advertisers, sponsors or partners are strictly between you and the respective party. We are not liable for third-party products or services. Links on our site do not constitute endorsement. Partners wishing to leave the platform must provide 30 days’ written notice to partners@hotelandsparesorts.com.
13. Data Protection
We collect personal data (e.g. name, contact information, delivery address) to fulfil orders and provide support. By placing an order, you consent to our use of your data for these purposes. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
14. Intellectual Property
All site content (branding, text, images, layout) is the property of Hotel & Spa Resorts or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or republish any material without prior written consent.
15. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remainder will remain in full effect.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
17. AI Concierge
Our AI Concierge provides automated assistance to help you discover venues and answer common questions. It may make mistakes or be out of date. Please double-check all information, including pricing, availability, policies, and redemption steps. Information from the AI Concierge does not form part of your contract unless confirmed on our website at checkout or in writing by our team.
