1. What is a Hotel & Spa Resorts Gift Voucher?
It’s the world’s most flexible luxury hotel gift voucher. Valid for five years, it can be redeemed against thousands of five-star hotels and resorts worldwide, or used in full towards carefully curated luxury packages.
2. Voucher Formats
- Digital Voucher – Delivered instantly by email, or scheduled for a future date. Free of charge.
- Postal Voucher – A gold-embossed voucher in a ribbon-wrapped luxury envelope. Perfect for special occasions.
3. Where You Can Spend It
- Hotel Stays – Use your voucher in part or in full towards eligible hotels listed on our platform.
- Packages – Redeem your voucher in full against one of our exclusive packages.
4. How to Redeem
- Hotel Stay – Choose Book A Hotel option, choose any destination and enter your voucher code at checkout. If the cost is higher than your voucher, you can pay the balance securely. Any leftover value stays on your voucher until it expires.
- Package – Submit a booking request via the enquiry form on the package listing. The provider will confirm availability directly with you. Packages must be redeemed in full at one destination.
5. Validity & Restrictions
- Vouchers are valid for five years from purchase.
- They cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or used to buy new vouchers.
- Redemption is only via www.hotelandsparesorts.com – not directly with hotels or at check-in.
- Venues and packages are subject to availability and may change over time.
6. Booking Tips
Book early for peak periods such as Christmas, Bank Holidays or Summer. Be flexible on dates to access the best rates. Always check the cancellation policy of your chosen hotel or package provider before confirming.
7. Gift Voucher Delivery Times
- Digital vouchers arrive instantly or on your chosen date.
- Postal vouchers typically arrive in 3–5 business days within Ireland; international delivery may take longer. Please order early at peak postal times such as Christmas. Delivery is handled by An Post and any delays are not the responsibility of Hotel & Spa Resorts.
8. Lost Vouchers
If your voucher is lost, email hello@hotelandsparesorts.com with your details. Digital vouchers are reissued free of charge; postal vouchers can be replaced for a small delivery fee.
