The Voucher holder browses partner locations that accept our vouchers; chooses an experience; fills out the booking form and books direct with the location. The voucher is simply presented at checkout.
How long is a Hotel & Spa Gift Voucher valid for?
Our gift vouchers are valid for 5 years and unlike other providers, we will not reduce the value of the gift voucher during this period. Other voucher providers deduct monthly fees from their gift vouchers after the first 12 months and keep doing so until the balance on the card is zero. In contrast, the balance on a Hotel & Spa Voucher remains in unchanged unless used during its 5 year validity.
What do I get with a Digital Gift Voucher?
Digital Gift Vouchers are a e-version of our physical Gift Vouchers. Delivery is instant and the choice is yours to send it either to yourself, the buyer or the recipient’s email address. An email will be sent with the digital Gift Voucher stating the value and voucher code. The recipient can then redeem the voucher using this code at partner locations who accept our vouchers at any time within the five year validity period. Partners who accept our vouchers will have it displayed on their profile.
How is a Postal Gift Voucher presented?
A postal Hotel & Spa Gift Voucher is a gold embossed pocket folder with attached ribbon opening out into a gold embossed Gift Card with your personalized note included.
What if I lose my voucher?
We have a record of all Gift Voucher sales. If you lose your voucher, please contact us with the buyer's name; date of purchase; your name and voucher value and we will reissue a fresh gift voucher for you with the original voucher details and nullify the previous voucher.
